Welcome to The Seven Willows, where we believe that shopping for unique and nostalgic clothing, accessories and gifts, should be as fun as wearing and giving them! We want to make sure you have all the information you need about our shipping and returns policies, so you can shop with confidence and peace of mind.
Shipping
At The Seven Willows, we strive to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible. We offer fast and reliable shipping options to ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner.
Once you've placed your order, our team will work their magic to process and ship it out to you. We'll keep you updated every step of the way, so you can eagerly anticipate the arrival of your "Happy Mail".
Please know we partner with a small number of trusted suppliers and also ship some items directly from our boutique. To get your order to you as quickly as possible, items may ship separately. Rest assured — if it’s in your order, it’s on the way!
Now, we know you're excited, so we do our best to ship within 3-5 business days. However, please keep in mind that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout.
Returns
We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase from The Seven Willows. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, don't worry, we've got you covered.
Now, there are a few things to keep in mind when making a return. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with all tags still attached. We also kindly ask that you return it in its original packaging, just like it arrived at your doorstep. And all of this needs to be within 15 days of delivery. We do not refund any shipping costs.
Once we receive your return and verify that it meets our return policy requirements, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. You can expect to see the refund within 10 business days, although your bank or credit card company may take a bit longer to process it.
Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We also can't take back custom printed items.
If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item or the return process, don't hesitate to reach out to us at the7willows@gmail.com. Our team is here to help and make sure you're happy with your shopping experience.
So go ahead, browse our collection of unique and nostalgic items, and let your individuality shine through.
