At The Seven Willows, we want to make your shopping experience smooth and stress-free. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.

Shipping Options

Currently, we ship only within the United States.

  • Standard Shipping – $6.95 flat rate.
  • Free Shipping – Orders over $125 ship free (applied automatically at checkout).
  • We do not currently offer Express or International shipping.

Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: Please allow 5–10 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
  • Orders are processed quickly, but shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Discounts & Promotions

  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied on orders over $125.
  • 10% Off First Order: Sign up with your email to receive a one-time discount code to use at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information. Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund packages that are con firmed as delivered to the address provided.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • If your order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you by email.
  • Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Once shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
