Returns & Exchanges – The Seven Willows
We want you to absolutely love your new pieces from The Seven Willows. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we make returns and exchanges simple:

✅ Eligibility

  •  Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Final sale, clearance, personalized, and accessory items (such as jewelry or intimates) are non-returnable.

📦 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at the7willows.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
  2. We’ll send you return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Once we receive your item back, we’ll process your return within 5–7 business days.

💳 Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus shipping fees.
  • You may also choose store credit for a faster exchange process.

🔄 Exchanges

  • If you’d like a different size or color, let us know when requesting your return.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right immediately.
