Please know we partner with a small number of trusted suppliers and also ship some items directly from our boutique. To get your order to you as quickly as possible, items may ship separately. Rest assured — if it’s in your order, it’s on the way!

Now, we know you're excited, so we do our best to ship within 3-5 business days. However, please keep in mind that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout.

Returns

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase from The Seven Willows. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, don't worry, we've got you covered.

Now, there are a few things to keep in mind when making a return. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with all tags still attached. We also kindly ask that you return it in its original packaging, just like it arrived at your doorstep.  And all of this needs to be within 15 days of delivery. We do not refund any shipping costs.

Once we receive your return and verify that it meets our return policy requirements, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. You can expect to see the refund within 10 business days, although your bank or credit card company may take a bit longer to process it.

Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We also can't take back custom printed items.
